Fulfillment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the high end of the project quote is required before work will begin on any project, with the remainder due upon delivery of the final project (the exact final cost will be calculated upon delivery; advance notice will be given if the project is expected to cost more than the original quote).
Any requested changes to the original project description shall constitute additional editing and may incur additional charges or fees as deemed necessary by Animation Caffeinated. All additional changes must be submitted and approved by both parties.
Upon successful completion of all compensation terms and outstanding balances owed to Animation Caffeinated, the client is granted full and unlimited reproduction rights to the project. Animation Caffeinated shall at no time reproduce the Project for use in commercial means or for-profit use.
